A Little about ME!

I am happily married to Ben, the love of my life!  Together we have 2 amazing  boys, Finn and Julien.  They are an inspiration to me on a daily basis!  Teaching me about life and forcing me to grow at a rate I probably would not have chosen myself, but am also grateful for! I can’t imagine life without them…..

I have a passion for learning, about TCM, about life, about all things spiritual, figuring out what it means to be truly happy, to have that balance and inner contentment we all long for….  To find it myself and share that with others, I am a true seeker.

A few things I love: to cook beautiful meals for my family,  visits with close friends, camping, walks, my family, playing music, especially with my husband in our group “Dandelions”, travel, surfing, meditation, living centred, with ease, abundance, clarity and calm…..
