What is NAET?

Nambrudripad’s Allergy Elimination Techniques (NAET) defines allergies as the effect of a substance on the energy flow in the body. Energy blockages interfere with the communication between the brain and the body which can lead to an allergic response. Many of us have undiagnosed allergies affecting our health. The NAET methodology can help identify what the sensitivities may be, from food and drink to drugs, clothing, jewellery, chemicals, pollens, grasses.

A muscle testing technique (based on kinesiology) determines sensitivities. Different acupressure points are then stimulated to “reprogram” the brain and remove energy blockages from the body, preventing the body from reacting to that particular allergen in the future.

How is the treatment unique?

NAET uses acupressure as well as 8 specific acupuncture points. These points are used each time and needles are left in for only 15 to 20 minutes. The first 15 treatments (the “15 basics”) are eliminated in a specific order. These basics include egg, vitamins, minerals, yeast, sugar and make up about 70% of what we consume.

What can I expect post treatment?

Many people notice an increase in energy and overall well being after just a few treatments. Some people may experience emotional releases or de-toxifying effects for the 25 hours afterwards. As each basic is cleared, your immune system becomes stronger and you begin to feel healthier. Many of your signs and symptoms may start to improve.

What can I do to make treatment most effective?

  • Read Say Goodbye to Illness.
  • Keep a log of your reactions and observations.
  • Stay at least 3 feet away from the substance you are eliminating for at least 25 hours. Prepare your surroundings prior to treatment.
  • Massage the prescribed acupressure points every 2 hours when you’re awake for the 25 hours post-treatment.

How many sessions will I need?

A minimum of 15 treatments is required. After the 15 basics you can move on to specific allergens like dogs, cats, grass, pollen or any other allergy that may be determined necessary to clear, which can often then be cleared in just one visit.
